If you're not happy with your Quiz Host Membership for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment and to each monthly renewal.

How to ask for a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your Account page. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
